In the cleanliness analysis service, cations are measured using ICP and anions are measured using IC, conducting qualitative or quantitative analysis. The results are evaluated as the cleanliness of products such as substrates and the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Based on IPC-TM-650, similar methods can be used to evaluate the cleanliness of products other than substrates.
